These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the Taylor'd Athletics website (taylordathletics.com) and the purchase of any services offered by Taylor'd Athletics, located in Daphne, Alabama. By accessing this Site or booking any service, you voluntarily agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use this Site or our services.

1. Eligibility

By using this Site on behalf of a minor athlete, you represent that you are the parent or legal guardian of that athlete and have the authority to agree to these Terms on their behalf. Parents and guardians are responsible for supervising minors during all on-site activities.

2. Services

Taylor'd Athletics offers youth baseball and softball training services including private coaching sessions, group camps, batting cage rentals, and birthday party packages. All services are subject to availability and the specific terms communicated at the time of booking. Taylor'd Athletics reserves the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

3. Bookings & Payments

All bookings are made through our online booking system or by contacting us directly. Full payment is required to confirm your reservation. We accept credit and debit cards processed through our secure payment system.

Prices are subject to change without notice. The price displayed at the time of booking is the price you will be charged.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

Any scheduled session that needs to be cancelled or rescheduled must be done at least 72 hours in advance. Cancellations made less than 72 hours before the scheduled session are charged the full price of the session. If we are able to fill the cancelled slot from our on-call list, only a $25 rescheduling fee will be applied. Family emergencies are the only exception and are handled at staff discretion.

Birthday parties and group camps have separate cancellation terms that will be communicated at the time of booking confirmation.

Taylor'd Athletics reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to facility issues, weather, coach unavailability, or other circumstances beyond our control. In such cases, a full credit or rescheduled session will be offered.

5. Assumption of Risk & Liability Waiver

Participation in baseball and softball training activities involves inherent physical risks including, but not limited to, contact with equipment, balls, or other participants, and the potential for injury. By booking and participating in any Taylor'd Athletics service, you acknowledge and voluntarily assume all such risks.

Taylor'd Athletics, its owners, coaches, staff, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, loss, damage, or expense arising out of or in connection with participation in our programs, use of our facilities, or reliance on information provided on this Site, to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law.

A separate liability waiver may be required prior to participation in certain programs.

6. Code of Conduct

All athletes, parents, and guardians are expected to conduct themselves in a respectful and sportsmanlike manner while on the premises. Taylor'd Athletics maintains a positive, family-friendly training environment.

Taylor'd Athletics reserves the right to remove any individual from the facility for disruptive, unsafe, or disrespectful behavior without refund.

7. Photography & Media

Taylor'd Athletics may photograph or record training sessions and facility events for promotional purposes. By participating in our programs, you grant Taylor'd Athletics the right to use images or video of participants in marketing materials, social media, and the website, unless you have notified us in writing that you object to such use.

8. Prohibited Uses

You agree not to use this Site to:

Engage in any unlawful, harassing, or harmful activity
Transmit spam, unsolicited communications, or malicious code
Reproduce or redistribute Site content without written permission
Impersonate any person or entity
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Site or its systems

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site — including text, images, logos, graphics, and videos — is the intellectual property of Taylor'd Athletics and is protected by applicable U.S. copyright and trademark laws. Personal, non-commercial sharing is permitted with proper attribution and a direct link to the Site. Commercial use of any content requires prior written permission.

10. Disclaimer of Warranties

This Site and its content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Taylor'd Athletics does not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of viruses or other harmful components.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Taylor'd Athletics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of this Site or our services, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.

12. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to its conflict-of-law provisions. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or your use of Taylor'd Athletics services shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiation.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be submitted to binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association, with proceedings held in Baldwin County, Alabama.

13. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Site after updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
